Ms. Angela Hayden, a Member of the Management Committee at New Hope Global, is an experienced administrative and financial management professional with an extensive career spanning the public, voluntary, education, and healthcare sectors. Her professional background reflects a strong commitment to efficiency, accountability, and high standards of organisational practice.

Ms. Hayden spent a significant part of her career with Birmingham City Council, where she held a number of senior administrative and financial support roles. As a Business Support Officer, she was responsible for managing the financial administration of a divisional budget of approximately £1.9 million, overseeing procurement processes, monitoring expenditure, and supporting grant funding provided to voluntary and community organisations. She also contributed to the financial coordination of major government-funded initiatives, including projects supporting community engagement and social cohesion.

In addition to her public sector experience, Ms. Hayden has worked with organisations such as the British Red Cross and within the National Health Service, gaining valuable experience in administration, data management, recruitment support, and operational coordination.
