Whether you’re a complete beginner or have practiced for years, the sessions are adaptable.
Led by a compassionate and experienced instructor Wonika, Yoga and Mindfulness sessions emphasise on emotional well-being as much as physical health. It offers tools to help manage stress, reduce anxiety, and improve sleep whilst supporting women from all walks of life.
