New Hope Global celebrated South Asian Heritage Month by hosting a 'Traditional Foods / Bortha Party' We know most people love food and food brings people together and unites us all. South Asian Heritage Month is an annual observance that commemorates the rich cultural heritage, histories, contributions and traditions.

We had a variety of delicious Bortha (a dish of vegetables and variety of fish)   that have been cooked usually by roasting and then mashed together with pungent spices and a range of traditional foods shared and appreciated by beneficiaries of different cultural heritage.
