The "‘Healthy Living for Elderly Bangladeshi People of the Local Community of Birmingham" is funded by The William Dudley Trust and The Eveson Trust Fund and it seeks to inspire older people of the community to keep healthy. This project aims to provide a befriending service and health awareness group for elderly Bangladeshis residing in the deprived areas of Sparkbrook, Aston and Small Heath. It will last a total of 6 months. Yoga and Meditation trainers will help the participants to do the exercises and relaxation.
