Naazneen joined New Hope Global in January 2022 after completing her Bachelor of Science Degree in Health and Social Care.   Currently working as a Community Development Officer and takes a keen interest in leading on the Health and Wellbeing Services. Naazneen brings a wealth of experience and knowledge in developing services for the families and children.  Her background and understanding have aspired her to pursue her career in supporting individuals and families from deprived and disadvantaged communities. Naazneen has great interpersonal and social skills, which helps to build positive relationships with beneficiaries. 

 

She has qualification and experience in working with children within schools and playgroups. Her wide range of experience has allowed her to understand the needs of the community, understand the ethnic communities / social demographics within the Birmingham area. She has good knowledge of the barriers and challenges women experience. Her passion to improve lives of others enables her to plan, develop and implement services that places the beneficiaries needs making services flexible and accessible for them.  Naazneen takes in consideration the views and opinions of service users to achieve excellent results.  She has successfully managed her own business and feels that that she is able to use her people’s skills, organisational and leadership skills to thrive better at her role as Community Development Officer at New Hope Global.
